My first thought was Badpuppy, but somehow I convinced myself it didn't match. I looked through their models but he's not there. (Anybody want to check out web.archive.org?) Given his hairstyle and the state of his tattoos, I suspect he did that shoot back in 2012 or so and bought back the rights when his career started to take off.
