I just shelled out for an Upstore account only to discover it has horrifically slow download speeds (15 hours to download ONE video!). I contacted their help desk and was told it's probably my ISP throttling their site, but I'm not so sure. Can anyone else tell me what your download speeds are with Upstore? This is fucking ridiculous.

Now suddenly it's working fast (at midnight). All day long the past three days it's been painfully slow though. Maybe my ISP (Comcast) is throttling? I don't get it. It's making for a maddening experience though.

I've found that some vids will download rather quickly while others will download incredibly slowly (concurrently and at the same time of day) so I don't see how it'd be my ISP doing the throttling. I think it's more likely Upstore's servers even though they claim to be located "in a most powerful european datacenter."
