Ah, actually, when I was starting out my career, I lived in a huge penthouse with 11 other models. The agency would put up the rent and we would be indebted to the agency - the took all our earnings until the debt was repaid. I was in debt for years until I built myself up enough to work consistently.

Sadly, most of the people I roomed with quit before paying off their debt.

I suspect, as it doesn't appear that he is working much, that this might be the case for him.

its not a typical "model apartment." have plenty of friends who have been in that situation like the poster described (indebted to an agency over apt, travel, etc). he barely works. the place is absolutely enormous loft with a gorgeous kitchen, - it appears to be far more than $10k a month. but thats tough to discern. i think Tribeca based on his tags. check out his pics, he hasn't had even a proper photoshoot since mid-2019, let alone a campaign or work for a big brand to boost his career or income. his whole portfolio with is korean catalog work from years ago. one or two presentations in nyfw 5 years ago, too.
he's also rarely with more than one or two other people there (so there goes the splitting-it-12-ways theory), is always showing off a crazy stocked kitchen, ridiculous food deliveries, tons of bottles of champagne and alcohol and helium balloons (?!). always looks like he's ready to throw a party. something doesn't add up with his whole lifestyle. just calling it like i see it. he's super hot and i don't fault him for living what looks like a fun life. just trying to figure out how exactly he's doing it lol.

he has female exes that he still posts about. so he is straight or perhaps closeted bi. he is seriously always with River when River is in NYC (or when they're traveling - most recently Mexico and Argentina in last 6 weeks) and I definitely sense fuck-bud energy from them. I have a clip of River on Live talking about being bi for any doubters. they both seem like party animals.

i remain curious about this 'adoptive' character that is housing him... seems like a beneficial relationship, esp. with eric barely working.
