Around five or six videos were posted over at another site a while back (I forget which). Very short clips, like 15-30sec long only. They are probably still out there somewhere. Racism is not naturally systemic. Systemic racism is a type of racism. Any action that is derogatory because of their race, ethnicity, religion skin colour is racism, no matter the power play, its nature or historical/societal context.

However not all racism is equal. Racism against POC in white western countries is much worse as it adds much greater hardships to lifes that white people don't have. It means for POC it's harder to get representation in the media or the upper echelons of power, have worse healthcare/ education opportunities, harder to obtain justice or more likely to get wrongly accused...

If a black guy says he doesn't want a white dick cos he's white, that's racist but that's not going to effect the ability fir the white guy to live his life the way he wants. It's inconsequential.

Racism is racism, but the power play, varying contexts and effect on the victims life means that there is varying degrees of racism. Racism against a POC is much more worse and damaging than the ephemeral racism against a white person. They are both racism, but they should never be treated as equal, and nor should we allow the rare and short lived moments of racism against white people be used to undermine the efforts to equalise society for POC, that the institutional and systemic racism towards them, destroys.
