I visited Boston, MA and some guy without a face profile pic and a header "hung" reached out to me from 5 miles away. I told him I'm not interested and he quickly started hurling threats at me. First he sent me screenshots showing he had posted a "bounty" on his social media to find my location (e.g., promising $1,500 cash app reward to "set the fag up and get his location"). Then he started claiming he had found the hotel I was at and said that he was going to ambush me leaving the hotel and seriously injure me by stabbing me.

I don't take his threats seriously, but this guy has a problem and likely does this to multiple people - aiming to make grindr users feel fearful and insecure of their surroundings - which is fucked up.

I've included one of the face pics he sent me. Does anyone know who this is?

There are lots of crazies on grindr. I suggest you don't reply with "not interested". It absolutely sets them off. They can't take rejection. Just block and ignore. If they make another profile to bother you (they usually do), block immediately.
