So, he's seems pretty comfortable with going to cosmetic surgery route.

It's really not that hard to keep you hair at the same length, especially for someone so image obsessed as Rob.

It's a transplant.

If someone can afford multiple laser hair removal procedures on their back (which is expensive because it's a large area), they can afford a transplant. If you can afford a transplant, you're not getting a hair piece because it's significantly less maintenance and usually looks better.

If you look at his older pictures, he wasn't completely bald. He was obviously using styling and products like Toppik to cover up a receding hairline and maybe the crown. Transplants work better if you have to fill in only those areas rather than getting a whole hair piece.

As for the consistent length, it's not that unusual for a vain guy to get his hair cut once a week or every other week. The hair length stays consistent on the side of his head too, which would be his real hair even with a hair piece.

I know you all want to attack Rob because a hair piece is more embarrassing or something, but it's obviously a transplant.

P.S. I’m a hair stylist who has clients with hair transplants and hair systems. I can clock this.
