Google Alerts exist. Even D-listers have Google Alerts, which sends them an email when a new page appears on the web with their name. Someone who has had nudes leaked might be hyper-vigilant. I know some gays even scroll this board and LPSG in their spare time to hunt for their own nudes.

If you want to share nudes without someone doing a DMCA takedown or being added to a do-not-post list, don't make it so easy for the guys in question to find their own content.
