The reason most people don't look like this is because they overestimate how many Calories they need, underestimate how many they're consuming, and overestimate their daily Caloric expenditure. They also don't commit to eating right and working out long enough to get to this point before they give up.

Why have we decided realistic body types are suddenly unrealistic, too much work, "skinny," "starving," "basic," roided up, or exceptional? This isn't exceptional. It might be more work than someone is accustomed to, but that doesn't make it exceptional. That's like saying people who can play an instrument are exceptional or people who can speak another language are exceptional.

I have a demanding job and a life, and my body fat percentage is at least as low as his, and I work out for no more than an hour about 4 times a week. People are just ignorant, entitled, and/or lazy. That's our culture. That's our society. People eat crap food and too much of it, and they lead sedentary lifestyles.
