We all know about the roids. But the inclusion of supplements, stimulants liek caffine, constant stress of training(not everyone doesn't it correctly or overtrains), volatile swings in weight gain and loss yearly, really put a toll.

Hardcore Bodybuilders as they get older either downsize or die young. Only those two options.

This is all rumor and speculation, but apparently he was known to be depressed and has attempted suicide in the past. So I wouldn’t be shocked if it was suicide.
